Your First Visit
When you first visit our dental office in Arlington, Washington, our team will:
- Review your dental and medical history
- Take dental X-rays of your oral cavity
- Brush, floss, scale, and polish your teeth
- Check your teeth and gums for signs of cavities, gingivitis, and other dental problems
After your check-up, our dentist will take the time to discuss your oral health. If any dental problems were found in your mouth, he will present options for treatment and answer any questions you have.

If you are a patient new to our office, we ask that you bring:
- A completed patient form from our site
- Your insurance card

Regular check-ups with our dentist are imperative in maintaining a healthy smile. In fact, the ADA (American Dental Association) recommends that everyone visit a dentist every six months for a professional cleaning and dental exam. Our team understands that some of our patients are busy, so please remember that appointments can last between 45 and 90 minutes.
